Development of Tools for Gathering Information for the Company’s Management

The Customer needed a tool to conduct planned and non-scheduled reviews of employees on each other on various topics, with the ability to collect information for the company’s management.

Solution and Outcome

Our team created a flexible data model (review constructor). Opportunities were also realized in the preparation phase of the review: the creation of questions, options for answers, the choice of employees who must fill out a review for another employee, or each for each, the anonymity of the answers, the choice of the format of the survey result, the choice of users (who should see the result). We also implemented the possible functions after completing questionnaires by users: the ability to publish the result to a person or the whole team.

The Customer received a tool to gather feedback from employees about the work of the staff and the company. Employees of the company were given an opportunity to receive anonymous feedback from colleagues about their work.
