Summary

An international company SENLA is looking for a Senior Android Software Engineer in Zagreb.

More than 800 employees work at SENLA's development offices in Poland, Georgia and Croatia.

We develop software for medium and large businesses. In our company, we're not selecting a person for a particular project, but the project is selected for you according to your skills and background. Also, once you've worked on a project for a year, you have a chance to change the project, in case you'd like to work with a different team or technology.

Responsibilities

  • Native Android app development.

  • Effective teamwork.

  • Participation in the application architecture development process.

  • Conducting code review and knowledge sharing in a team.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience more than 3 years.

  • Deep knowledge and practical experience of programming in Java / Kotlin.

  • Understanding of the main principles of SOLID and Clean Architecture.

  • Experience and ability to build the architecture of applications.

  • Experience in using popular libraries and frameworks: RxJava, Retrofit, Gson, etc..

  • Experience in generalizing and structuring project information, dividing development into stages and blocks with subsequent organization of the product development cycle.

  • Intermediate English or higher.

  • Ability to write unit tests.

  • Experience working in projects using Scrum agile methodologies.

  • Apps available on Google Play.

  • Independence, proactivity.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Excellent communication skills.
